Developmental Psychology (3 undergraduate credits/soc 290v; 3 graduate credits/soc 590v) This course will provide you with a foundational knowledge of developmental psychology and life-span development. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of theories of human development including the interrelationship between physical, cognitive, and social growth factors within a bio-psychosocial perspective. While focusing on the milestones of normal human development from conception to death, special attention will be paid to various socio-cultural and familial contexts of life-span development.
